Concerts in Kohlmann
 The Thursday, June 30, 2011, Waverly Summer Concert Series will include a musical tribute to Veterans. This event, featuring the Greater Waverly Municipal Band, will be held in Kohlmann Park and will begin at 6:30 p.m. This is free family entertainment and is hosted by the Waverly Chamber of Commerce. The Waverly Area Veterans Post (WAVP) is sponsoring this event.
If you are a Veteran and plan to attend, wear your post cap, shirt, or anything that identifies your military service. Be proud to be a Veteran, the people of Waverly want to recognize and thank you!
The WAVP will be selling WAVP caps and T-Shirts. You will also have an opportunity to purchase a
Raffle Ticket for the big fund raising raffle to be held in late August.
Be sure to bring a lawn chair or something to sit on as the concert will last about two hours.
